Assembling a large footprint pallet (LFP)

Assembly of large footprint pallet (LFP)

Step 1:

Use the bit ⑤ to screw 4x80mm ③ half way into beam ②.

Do this for both beams.

Step 2:

Connect beam ② to both sides of the pallet. Making sure to align the beam to the center of the pallet.

Step 3 :

Use the bit ⑤ to screw ③ into the feet of the pallet. Do this for all 4 screws ③.

Step 4:

Place 2x beam  ① on both sides of the pallet. Making sure to align the beam to the center of the pallet.

Step 5:

Use the bit ⑤ to screw ④ through beam ① into beam ②. Do this on 2 positions, for all 4 corners of the pallet.

Step 6:

Add the correct accessory box (not included in this kit). Fixate by applying stretch wrap, prior to transport.
