Running the “Maintenance” routine “Check incoming water connections” resulted in the finding that something is wrong with the incoming water connections. Incorrect water is entering the Hydraloop. Which very likely lowers the water quality of the Hydraloop below NSF350 standardization quality.
The water that could be entering Hydraloop includes but is not limited to:
- Hand wash basins.
- Kitchen sinks
- Toilets
- Washing machine water. (When the Hydraloop wasn’t setup to handle washing machine water. Please see the Recycle ready checklist)
To solve this problem, either change the pipework, or contact Hydraloop support for potential options.
