When the Hydraloop device detects that on the toilet line constantly water is being grabbed for way too long of a time period, it generates this error. This is typically 20+ minutes of uninterrupted water grabbing.
To save water, and protect the internal water pump (distribution pump) from damage, it will periodically turn off/on the distribution pump. Until it finally detects the leaking toilet no longer being the case.
Often the leaking toilet is solved by itself. This is because often the cause of the problem is solved by flushing the toilet again. Think about problems like:
- The toilet flush button staying stuck in the flushing position.
- The floater in the flush tank of the toilet is staying stuck open. Flushing the toilet again might fix this.
The customer will get an App notification of the problem to get informed of this.
