HDM / Maintenance Actions

• New FSM: Incoming connections check, for checking if the devices connected to the inlet of the Hydraloop are correct.

HDM Tickets

• Added admin functionality – admins can remove tickets, can edit certain fields that normal users can’t.
• When a ticket has been closed, it can only be reopened before anything else in the ticket can be edited again.
• A ticket agent can no longer edit the original ticket, as they can only add comments.
• Added a ‘ticket supervisor’, a Hydraloop employee that can assist on tickets. In some cases the supervisor can be a partner.
