Mobile app
- Added a button that opens the Care Guide.
HDM / Maintenance Actions
- Inlet upgrade has a new step at the beginning to check if the device is online.
- A bug where the logging of a device was not showing up, has been resolved.
- The maintenance interface will now only let users go to the next action when the current interface (e.g. text, images, videos) are updated correctly. This is to prevent users from clicking too fast and skipping over steps.
- The graph tab now shows the device version in the top right corner.
- Any list in the HDM that uses filters, can now save your filters in a profile. An admin can also create global filter presets, available for all users.
HDM Tickets
- Tickets can now have ’causes’, which makes it possible to link multiple tickets to a single cause.
- Tickets can now have related tickets.
- A ticket will now have a default assignee for tickets per organisation.
