With a Hydraloop device, you can recycle up to 95% of shower & bath greywater and optionally 50% of washing machine greywater – which enables you to reuse 25 to 45% of the total in-house domestic greywater. Due to its innovative and breakthrough technology, Hydraloop reusable water is clean, clear, safe and certified and for toilet flushing, washing machine, garden irrigation and/or swimming pool top-up.

Hydraloop H300 and H600 have been tested and certified under IAPMO R&T and NSF/ANSI 350

ADD-ONS

Output Garden (auxiliary outlet)	One (1) extra valve for reusable water in the garden

Lift pumps *	DAB Novabox 30/300. This lift pump is submerged underneath the floor DAB Genix VT 030. This lift pump is on the floor.

*A lift pump is only necessary if Hydraloop device is positioned on same floor or a story higher as shower/bathtub.

LED LIGHT INDICATIONS

EXPLANATION VISUAL STATUS LIGHT AND AUDIBLE ALARM

VISUAL STATUS INDICATIONS

White light:

A white light indicates that there is a sufficient volume of reusable water for all uses.

Blue light:

A blue light indicates that there is currently no reusable water available and backup water is being used for all purposes.
Blue white alternate light:

A blue and white alternating light indicates that there is reusable water in storage tank (T3), but not enough for a full washing machine cycle.

Green light:

A green light indicates that the Hydraloop device is in automatic cleaning mode.
Purple light:

A purple light indicates that the Hydraloop device is detecting that the washing machine is in operation.

Orange light:

An orange light indicates that that your Hydraloop device is currently not treating greywater has automatically switched over to backup water.
Since your device is monitored 24/7, your Hydraloop installer knows about this. If the status light does not change after 24 hours, please contact Hydraloop support in your Hydraloop app.

Red light:

A red light on the LED panel can indicate two things.
1. The Hydraloop device detects an issue with your toilets or washing machine.
2. There is an issue with the Hydraloop device, and no water can be distributed to the toilets and washing machine.
In case of a red light please open your Hydraloop app and contact Hydraloop directly.

AUDIBLE STATUS INDICATIONS

High water level:

Buzzer alarm 2 beeps every minute, visual alarm 2 pulses every minute

Air pump:

Buzzer alarm 3 beeps every minute, visual alarm 3 pulses every minute
UV lamp:

Buzzer alarm 4 beeps every minute, visual alarm 4 pulses every minute
Water storage tank re-disinfection circulation:

Buzzer alarm 5 beeps every minute, visual alarm 5 pulses every minute
Water distribution pump:

Buzzer alarm 6 beeps every minute, visual alarm 6 pulses every minute

CONNECTION OVERVIEW

Input connections

Main greywater inlet into the top of the Hydraloop device: 40 mm| 1 ½” OD

Bring all greywater sources into one dedicated line.
Please ensure all greywater lines are separated from black water.
If the greywater input is on a higher floor than the Hydraloop device, gravity will direct the flow.
In other circumstances, install a lift pump.

Greywater inlet to the Hydraloop device from

	H300 and H600	Optional: Washing machine (only with inlet diverter) You can connect only one (1) washing machine per Hydraloop device

Power/Network connections

	Permanent WiFi internet connection: Bandwidth of 2.4GHz or 5 GHz Ethernet & Bluetooth (v 2.0)
	Power supply: 100-120V (60Hz) or 200-240V Outlet to be within 1.2 m of device
	Backup water inlet Tap water or other: 15 mm \| ½” MNPT – flow of 12 LPM\| 3.2 USGPM If the flow rate is higher than 12LPM \| 3.2 USGPM, floater cap and flow regulator. If you use a rainwater pump, install an expansion vessel and 50-micron mesh pre-filter.
