And as long as the […]HL0006: The distribution pump was activated in excessProblem The distribution pump is turned on and off too many times for normal behavior. This will reduce the lifespan of the distribution pump. As this problem can have multiple causes it is advised to look at the HDM behavior history and all possible causes before taking any action. CausesHL0007: Device needs maintenanceThe Hydraloop device needs maintenance. It has been past the period of recommended maintenance. Please run the “Maintenance” routine “Service this device”. And check this document for more info.HL0008: UV light not workingThe Hydraloop has a sensor for detecting when the UV light is not working. This feedback is used to send the message of the non-working uv light. Location The uv lamp is located on a different spot for the V1.X systems as it is for the V2.X systems. Please […]HL0009: Transfer is malfunctioningWhen the transfer is malfunctioning the Hydraloop is unable to transfer the water from the cleaning tanks T1 and T2 to the storage tank T3. Causes This problem can be because of a few causes. Please check the details of these causes in order to figure out which one is probably the case.HL0010: T3 max level detectedThe Hydraloop detects when too much water is in the T3 storage tank to be safe. For more information please contact Hydraloop support.HL0013: Unable to release water out of T1 properlyWhen the valve of the T1 tank is not opening properly, the Hydraloop can not throw away water out of the system fast enough to keep itself clean. CauseHL0015: Big leaking toiletWhen the Hydraloop device detects that on the toilet line constantly water is being grabbed for way too long of a time period, it generates this error. This is typically 20+ minutes of uninterrupted water grabbing. To save water, and protect the internal water pump (distribution pump) from damage, it will periodically turn off/on the […]HL0016: Could not keep air pressureThe Hydraloop device could not keep its air pressure. Contact Hydraloop support for more information.HL0017: T4 OverflowThe Hydraloop device detects a T4 overflow. This means that there is a good possibility that there is water leaking on the floor. Turn off the backup water immediately! Contact Hydraloop support for more information.HL0018: Unable to release water out of T3 properlyWhen the Hydraloop attempts to throw away water out of the T3 tank, it detect no movement in T3. This problem prevents the Hydraloop from self-cleaning properly. Location of the waste valve The valve that empties the tank is located at the bottom of the distribution center. See below photos. CausesHL0019: T3 OverflowContact Hydraloop support for more information.HL0020: Backup water valve stuck on T3When the backup valve is stuck on only allowing to use T3 water, this has a few effects. Location The valve is located on a different spot for V1.X systems and V2.X systems. Please check the version of the Hydraloop in the hdm on the “Device” tab to confirm which one is applicable. CausesHL0021: Disconnected IO boardThe ECU of the Hydraloop device could not make a proper connection with the IO board at the bottom of the Hydraloop. Please check the cables and connectors. When the problem persists check for water damage. Brown/black spots on the connectors or boards them selfs. Contact Hydraloop support for more information.HL0023: Auxiliary output malfunctionThe Hydraloop device could not pump water through the auxiliary outlet. The most common reason is that the water container / water reservoir does not have an open connection. When there is a float valve connected please make sure its open. Contact Hydraloop support for more information.HL0025: Circulation path not working properlyThe Hydraloop device could not circulate water over the UV lamp. This could be one of the next cause: Contact Hydraloop support for more information.HL0027: Battery is not functioningThe measurements of battery were off. This usually means that the batteries are not placed properly or that the batteries are unable to give any power. Please (re)place the batteries. Check the wiring diagram of the device what batteries are required. Contact Hydraloop support for more information.HL0028: Buzzer brokenDuring the “Maintenance” routine “Buzzer check” it was determined that the buzzer is not working. This is most likely caused by damage to the main controller (Ecu) of the Hydraloop. If you can hear the buzzer very softly instead, inspect if nothing is obstructing the buzzer. In below image you see the location of the […]HL0029: Incoming connection problemsRunning the “Maintenance” routine “Check incoming water connections” resulted in the finding that something is wrong with the incoming water connections. Incorrect water is entering the Hydraloop. Which very likely lowers the water quality of the Hydraloop below NSF350 standardization quality. Clean inner parts for debris/fouling or replace valve. The valve is labeled x10 and can be found on the location of the picture below.
